Served in the Missouri State Guard, Company C, Milton's Battalion Infantry for five months. Battles: 2nd Boonville, Lexington, Farmington, Luka, Corinth. Killed in Battle of Baker's Creek, Miss., May 16, 1863. Muster Roll on file Adj. Gen. Office - Jefferson City, Mo.
