    • In 1834 (1839?), moved to Nine Mile Prairie, (Also called Coats Prairie) Callaway County, Missouri, where he lived until 1841, when he moved to AuxVasse Township, 2-1/2 miles NW of Reform, Missouri. (from family records).

      "They came to Missouri in 1839 got to Missouri in October started in June. The ones that stayed in Virginia said it was to far from market in Missouri. One of them told them, the one farthest from market was the one that didn't have anything to sell. "
