Notes |
- Esther Potter BRISCO was born in Newtown on 15 Mar 1859 as a female child (Esther P. added later) to Bradley Brisco, farmer, at 34, and his wife Mary 33. Less than a year after the death of her daughter, Grace, she died as wife of Ormel E. Morgan at Bridgeport Hospital of chronic myocarditis & decompensation. Also buried at Lakeview, her residence at death was 840 Dewey Street and the informant was her son Arthur D. Morgan, then of Providence, RI. Though now usually spelled with a final "e", the name at her birth and before that time was commonly spelled Brisco. Ref: NVR 1852-70:78, BVR14(d):217
