WORCESTER - Katherine S. (Campbell) Seville, 87, formerly of West Street, a founder of Faith House, died Tuesday in The Lutheran Home after a long illness.
Her husband, Joseph S. Seville, died in 1969. She leaves a son, Richard W. Seville of Worcester; a niece and a nephew. She was born and raised in Hopedale, daughter of Dr. Kleber A. and Mary B. (Safford) Campbell. She lived several years in Pennsylvania before moving to Worcester many years ago.
Mrs. Seville was one of the founders of Faith House in Worcester, established in 1960. Faith House, which is a multi-service, private, non-profit organization committed to promoting, maintaining and restoring the dignity, well-being and mental health of individuals and families in Central Massachusetts. She was also active in several other community and civic organizations.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in Robert C. Roney Funeral Home, 152 Worcester St., North Grafton. Burial will be in Hopedale Village Cemetery, Hopedale. There are no calling hours. Flowers may be sent, or memorial contributions may be made to any charity.
